Chocolate Pudding Fruit Shake
Recipe for the Choclate Pudding Fruit Milkshake
1 cup milk (eg organic cow milk, almond milk, soy milk etc)
flesh of 1 small chocolate pudding fruit (about 3/4 cup) with seeds removed
1 small scoop of icecream (You can also freeze coconut yoghurt for a healthy alternative to dairy icecream)
2 teaspoons sweetener eg honey or maple syruup or date paste
Put all the ingredients into your blender and wizz until ultra smooth.
Drink while its still cool. Its sooo delicious.
